I found a camper for sale on a Craigslist in Phoenix, Az. When I contact the seller he told me he had to go out of town to help organize his daughter's wedding but that before he left he turned the camper over the NAT with the signed and notarized title. He instructed me how to sign up with NAT, which I did. NAT sent me an invoice and I wired the $6000 to Barclays Bank in London per their instructions. During the next few days my invoice/status with NAT was updated from payment pending to payment received. The shipping information was updated from pending, to scheduled, and then to arrival date 6/6/11. It has still not arrived and NAT does not respond to any emails sent through both their contact page on their website nor directly to [email protected]. The seller was staying in contact with me, however, the last contact I received from him is that he was going to contact NAT and find out what happened. Less than 30 minutes later, I received another email from him, identical in text to the very first email thanking me for my interest in the camper and giving me instructions to sign up with NAT to complete our transaction. When I emailed him back to explain that I had already done that and that NAT already received my payment and that I was just waiting for delivery, he cut off all email communications and will not respond to any emails. This is a scam, this same camper has been listed many times on different area craigslist. This is truly a scam. The look good, their website looks great and very professional but the receive your money and you never receive you merchandise.
