I also tried to reach this company by phone and email, the phone wait was 50 min. After 50 min another wait for 30 min. I gave up when I realized there was only a recording and no real person in customer service. I tried another number in Sparks, NV 89434 same voice and same recording, wait time 50 min. I realized I had been scammed. I'am 64 years old, single and on a small income. I hope these people get what they deserve!!! SCAMMED
