Hi I signed up to receive my free trial and expected to receive the product in a few days even though I lived overseas as they told me the day it would arrive. I still haven't received the product and its now 19th November but I have been charged $A170.05 plus all these bank fees.
I know want to return the product un opened when I receive it but I need a RMA number. Have sent an email to the address they give but has come back address rejected. Sounds like they want the money but don't want to pay out for products returned.

- Same what happens to me they even take multiple charges. That company is scam!
