I received a letter with a check enclosed for $3,550.00 in an unmarked envelope post marked from Canada. The check was from Commerce Bank with a company name of "CPB Financial Srevices" with the services spelled wrong as shown. The letter from CPB Financial Services, 150 Gulf Street Oxford UK 0X1 3AS stated I was a winner of a MEGA LOTTERY conducted in the UK. The check was for payment of applicable Government Taxes on the big winnings.($150,000.00 US Dollars) Letter wanted me to call Danial Chance, with a 647 number. Letter stated not to attempt to use check until you call, which right there indicates fraud.
