I was in the mall getting makeup from Sephora. When I exited the store, I was hailed down by an aggressive sales woman. She offered me a free sample of face cream but snatched it away and brought me into the store for "more free samples". She put a peel on my arm to show me how good her product was while asking me about my skin care habits. She interrupted me and told me she could see I have unsightly sun spots. I'm fair skinned and I'm proud of my freckles. Then when she saw I took offense she said this would make them go away and totally misinterpreting my reaction and comments. Then she continues to show me other products while putting together the peel I tried with the free sample from earlier and insists on me buying. She ignored my broke college student spiel and manipulated me into buying one product with the promise of a return policy only to look at the receipt and see at the bottom in fine print: exchange only. No returns. I was scammed and pissed off with a skin product that I could probably find cheaper at target. (Further research shows gold has no significant quality except skin irritation and infection of the pores because gold in certain quantities is toxic. ) the essential oils and vitamins are in Olay products and other cheaper moisturizers/peels/masks
