I ordered a trial offer of Lipo Slim assured that it was a one time purchase. I kept receiving the product and phoned to ask to have the product stopped and to stop charging my credit card. The product continued to come to my home and the charges continued. I phoned again asking for a refund and they refused to give me the refund. I told them that I did not authorize these funds going through my credit card and he simply responded with I'm sorry, but is there anything else I can help you with? I responded with 'yes, I'd like you to reverse the charge that I did not authorize' and his response was again was 'I'm sorry I can't do that but can I help you with anything else". I can't believe this!!
I phoned my credit card company, explained the situation and they are now reversing the charge for me.
Very disappointed!
