I purchased this product about a year ago and foolishly went on autoship. I was getting the product every 3 months. I decided that I no longer wanted to be on auto ship so I contacted customer service on Aug.28/2013. The last shipment was on Aug.22/2013 that I was charged for. I waited for a few weeks and I never received the product. I contacted customer service again they assured me the product would be reshipped stating that they didn't know what happened. I waited again, still no product. On Oct.2/2013 I spoke with a girl named Desirae, she also said it was shipped but I still received no product. She said she would reship. I never did receive the product so on Nov.14 I contacted them again for the 4th time. I spoke with a man named Steven, he said he would refund my credit card and I would see it in 3-5 business days. I inquired further asking him to email me confirmation of the refund immediately, he then told me he had no power to do the refund it would have to go to corporate for approval?? I then stated that if I did not see the refund in 3-5 business days that I would report it as fraud. He then was quiet not saying anything, he seemed very unprofessional constantly sniffing on the phone. I am guessing I probably won't see the refund.
