I saw an unauthorized transaction in my bank account in the amount of $39.99 from this company called dealday.com which was pending. I contacted them and actually received a person who remained nameless throughout the conversation. I told the person it was an unauthorized transaction but they refused to cancel the fee and said the only way to cancel it without the fee hitting my account would be to login and cancel the membership. I tried to explain that I would not be able to login since I did not create the account. About 24 hours later, the transaction was no longer pending in my account. I thought maybe they gained some common sense cancelled the membership anyway. Then on 11/12, I have another transaction, this time completely cleared in my account in the amount of $39.99 for dealday.com. Once again, I tried calling and it continued to ring. Then I tried to e-mail from their site but the submit button DOES NOT WORK!! I have since contacted my bank, they will be issuing a new bank card and I have since changed the passwords on all my e-mail accounts.
