I signed up for the trial and received it at the end of Oct. Nov. 12Th my card was charged $148. I did not authorize this charge. I did not see anything about agreeing to this or I would never have signed up for the free trial. I called them. The lady said that she would only refund $50. I told her that wasn't right and that I would ship it ALL back. She said if I did that it would take over 30 days to get a refund! After stating that I think their company is a fraud, she agreed to refund another$50. But I'm still out the other $50. I have yet to see the refund.
