Good morning:

Well, the moment I received the following in my inbox this morning, I've started doing research:

***
The case will be downloaded on Tuesday (November 19th 2013) and you will be soon served with the court papers due to non-payment after so many reminders. If you want to avoid these legal consequences we merely require you to get back to us with the payment, you can either e-mail back or call on the phone number given on the bottom of the e-mail.

Thank You

That is it. No amount is mentioned; I was not addressed directly, and no other information is given regarding what the debt allegedly is or who is owed, and if they have sent reminders, they all went into my spam or junk mail -- until today (AOL and Outlook have been slipping). They also included links for Reporting Spam -- and I'm chuckling that they even have the link regarding no longer receiving newsletters. Newsletters?
