A guy who claimed he is from the Department of Legal Affairs, U.S. Treasury called yesterday, Nov. 11, 2013 and left a message saying that a lawsuit has been initiated against me and if I am too busy to call back, I should have my attorney call on my behalf because if I don't take care of it now, it will become a legal mess for me. He said his name is James Mathew and his number is 347-671-0294. He has an Indian or Pakistani accent. I called the number this morning and a woman answered and she said her name is Angela Johnson, ID No. 11537, again with an Indian or Pakistani accent, and she said I owe back taxes from 2010. I disputed that and said I filed and paid all my taxes. She said I will be investigated and they will send an IRS agent to my office and possibly get me arrested. I said I dont owe anything and will call her back when I retrieve all my records. I did and called the number back in the afternoon. The same woman answered, (funny for a government office)and I told her I have proof and she said, I not only owe back taxes from 2010 but for 2011 and 2012 as well and the total amount she said I owe is $8,547.00 that's when I raised suspicion because I filed all my taxes, received refunds and never received anything from the IRS. She just said they will investigate further and someone will call me if what I was saying do not check out.

Something needs to be done with these (Inappropriate Content Removed). We have their telephone number, is there any way we can trace them and stop them from continuing what they are doing?
