I have cancelled my membership numerous times and each month I get charged their monthly charge of $39.95 and I end up having to call and complain. Their online chat always has canned answers and you are required to speak to someone and wait 20 minutes each time you call. This last time they informed me a refund is impossible. I've literally called them at least 4 times to cancel, yet I'm still charged.
