I phoned the 888 number and instructed the person who answered that I do not want to pay for this and to stop charging my credit card. The person was named Rae and she promised the charge would be stopped and credit given and no more charges would show up on my credit card statements again. Next statement there is was, $20.23. Charge dated Sept 12/11. For nothing I ever received. I am so angry.
