Sent letter on August 22,2011 indicating amount of loan $25,000.00 for ten years at 7% with monthly payment of $288.99. Additional leter of promotion signed by Andrew Brien, Managing Director talked about ethical lenders etc. Additional documents requesting proof of income and a fee of $577.98 for insurance premium. letter indicated that as soon as they received the loan would be made with-in 62 to 68 business hours. As follow up kept calling only to be advised they needed more money to process the loan. Got Someone deifferent each time I called. To Name afew of the people: Justin Simpson, Tracy in Cust. Svc, Frank White (who kept changing his title from Cust Svc Mgr to Gen'l Mgr., Mark Brown, Customer Svc Mgr. someone named Elizabeth. Each of these people kept saying they need more money in order to get the loan approved, including "border transfer fees. As the money was being sent to Canada. Upon their last request I said no more and that I wanted my money back On September 26 I spoke with a person named Elizabeth who indicated that she was the assistant to the CEO and that if I would send another $750.00 she would release the funds of 25k.
