411 locals charged me a second month service fee after I had called to cancel and then offered me a "free" month but never received it . I had called them so they can reimburse me the 100.00 for I only wanted to try them for a month and I spoke to a supervisor with the last name obrien or oniel whom was completely rude about the situation . She proceeded to tell me she has to review the conversation I had with their salesman so she can determine wether I get reimbursed! Mind you I'm a small family owned company who can't afford to lose any kind of income. All I cared for was a refund and to stop my website! Well she did just that after they charged my the 100 for November they quickly canceled my website and didn't reimburse me!! If I got charged for November why couldn't they have Waited until the month was over and then cancel my website? Because they are greedy and want your money and have the poorest customer service I have ever encountered! I will not recommend this company to anyone if you ever receive a call from them "hang up". My company is based on honesty,integrity and customer service , which is one of the things 411 locals is lacking! I'm surprised they are still in business but not 100% surprised because they target small businesses and take them for a ride, they thrive on us little guys! Beware of this company
