International boundaries
Booked and piad for flights in July 2013. No tickets or official booking referrences have been given to us despite asking via phone, email. I have been given the run around and excuses everytime I have asked to speak to a manager and they would not give me phone numbers to customer services and noone knew staff second names when I asked.
I have put in writing my request for a full refund and I am awaiting for a reponse!
I have since been researching this company who is also trading under TralNmore and Travel Shoppe. They are all ran by thesame members of staff.
