I reserved a hotel in orlando using this website. They charged my credit card and the payment was processed. I read bad reviews from so many people on the internet and therefore decided to call my hotel and confirm the reservation only to find that they had no clue of my reservation what so ever. They informed me that Olotel.com is a fraud site and the rate they provided me is impossible to get for this particular hotel. When I contacted Olotel, their standard response was that I will only be able to confirm my reservation with the hotel 2-3 days in advance of my journey. I knew where it was going to end and cancelled the reservation well in advance. Also, I filed a complaint against them with Federal trade commission.
PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING THIS WEBSITE FOR YOUR TRAVEL OR ELSE YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
Also, don't believe in them when they say they are resolving your issue. They are not, they are just sitting back and enjoying your agony.
