I received a telephone call from a Bruce Dawson, giving me the impression he was calling on behalf of Microsoft, telling me my computer software warranty was about to run out, he persuaded me to let his tech. department to give my computer a check over and put right any problems they may find, all the time he was talking to me I was asking him how much this was going to cost me, he kept evading the question. Finally after about 75 minutes he told me everything was OK. This when he explained to me that for the work carried out and to keep my computer in top condition I would have to pay a one off lifetime payment ( which included 2 years of free tech. support)of $250.00. When he told me this I told him I did not want to go any further with the deal,At which he then got very aggressive and claimed they could not undo the work they had done.In the end I paid the $250.00. They have now taken a further $115.00 Unauthorized For what I do not know, I have emailed asking what it is for and as of today I have not had an answer. I hope you can help me with this problem.
