I ordered a trial of this product and cancelled it immediately- but the product was still sent to me. They told me to return the product and they would cancel my order (which I never agreed to in the first place). I have proof they signed for the package and they still continue to bill my credit card monthly for $88.92. If you call the phone just rings and if someone does pick it up, it is obvious he is a lone person and not taking any notes, etc.
