Returned their product on August 19th, 2013. Requested refund. They acknowledged my refund would be $89.97 and to expect it to take two weeks to get the refund. They received my return on August 21, 2013 as per USPS tracking and receipt. After numerous calls by me and stalling and different excuses every call, including good guy-bad guy routines by the people answering the phone, I still have not received my refund. Today's date is November 4, 2013.

Submitted complaint to Maine State Attorney

12/5/13, mailed response card back to State Attorney Office to report that I was never contacted and have not yet received my refund even after their notification of the company, I annotated that I will continue pursuit of my due from this company.

12/19/13, received call from Tim, a supervisor in BioGenetics, he said his paperwork shows that a refund was sent in September, I told him I did not ever receive any refund, he asked for confirmation from my bank.

My bank tried to fax the requested confirmation the same day but the fax phone would not answer.

The next day at my suggestion I put Tim in contact with my bank and they sent Tim the confirmation by email. Since then Tim no longer answers his phone and has not responded to my messages and I still have no refund.
Update: 01/05/2014
Waited till after the holidays, Tim still does not answer his phone or respond to messages. And still no refund received. Only makes me convinced his call was just another in a long list of stall tactics, hoping I give it up. I'm not.
Update: 01/29/2014
1/27/2014, Received a check for my full refund after pressure from Maine State Attorney's Office. Case closed.
