Tried to purchase a SUV that they listed on internet website. Went to dealer they tried to sell us a SUV that was on their lot which was a piece of crap. They falsely advertise 5000+ cars on their website but only OWN 5% of them.
Tried BAIT AND SWITCH but we knew better. Lied to us through out the sales process and made false claims about the pre-approval car loan we had come into the dealership with.
Cris Boozer internet sales person and Rick Cobb internet sales mgr very dishonest and it was so blantant they were trying to scam us.

Stwve Rayman Chevrolet is a business that many during the past decades have come to know, trust, and refer their friends and families to. Such tactics as "bait and switch" are not needed.
Also, the dealership itself is undergoing a major multi-million dollar renovatio not only to more modernize our operations, but to better serve our guests. Because of the construction, we are limited to the number of vechicles we can physically have on the lot. Finally, I am sorry to hear that you were not pleased with Mr. Buser or Mr.Cobb, as these two men have never done anything less to be some of highest rated Sales Professionals per post sales surveys generated by GM.
