Their money-back guarantee is a lie. Fortunately, I was able to recover my money by disputing the charges with my bank. I would advice everyone to have been scammed by this company to first cancel their subscription to avoid any further charges and try to at least get a confirmation by email. Then, contact your bank and dispute any charges as unauthorized. I guarantee you will get your money back. Since the charge was made online and without your card present, they cannot fully proof you made the charge so the company ends up losing the money. Anyone thinking about signing up, look elsewhere. It doesn't work and the company is a scam.
