Hello. Today I saw a spam message on my computer, like a Metropolitan policy blocked your browser and you have to pay 100 GBP fine, then I got a 100 GBP voucher to pay this money. After reading my voucher, I saw that, it says, it's not useful to unblock your computer. I understood that it was spam, After I used this exchange site (Exchange-PaySafeCard.eu) to send my money to my PayPal balance, a person called Noel Pix cheated me. He promised that I will exchange but he cheated me anyway. I was a victim of second website :/ He didn't send my money and he doesn't respond my e-mails. The thing that I know is, it's completely SPAM!!
