I made three buy from sammydresses. First one went pretty great. The items are very low in quality, but I was expecting that.

But here comes the real problem. I made two new order after that. One of four and one of three. The first of four, they sent me 3 item via normal post service as I asked (takes a month to get the items, but at least there is no aditionnal fees) , but the last one was not in stock. So I asked it to be change with another product. They did, but they sent it with DHL (even though I asked it via flat rate not to pay additionnal fees) with two items from the other order. (one of the items was not in stock in the order of three and I just asked for refund). So the three items got here by DHL, but I was not satisfied with the products and the additionnal fees of 20$ (because sammydresses asked it in a way I never asked for, knowing that I would get additionnal fees) so I told DHL I refused the items and they sent it back to where it came from (Very good service from DHL must say).

Inbetween I had done a few negative review on sammydresses online (on website Sammydresses asked me to write good review). So when they got my items back (with proof from DHL), they said they knew nothing about it, but that if I would erase/change my bad review online, they could refund me 2 shirt from the last order. I showed them proof that they sent me three shirt in the package, but they just ignore that. As for now, I'm still fighting to get that last 6,85 USD they wont refund me event though they should since I sent back the items.

They told me that they sent the second order (the one of 4) in two package with two items in each, but that's a lie. Because I got tree items in one package and the other one was in the one I sent them back. I know it's only 6.85 USD that I lost, but I've been communicating with them for like one month now to get that refund and I'm still not having full refund that's quite frustrating!! And they keep ignoring what I'm saying. It's terribly long and they keep answering the same thing over and over and lie over and over again...
