I asked for a refund for software that did not work. They claim that they refunded on Oct. 1st. I questioned this as at that time I had not asked for a refund. They told me to see my credit card provider. I have spoken to them and they confirm the money has not been refunded.

OK, Now sorted, Paypro do seem to care about their customers. Excellent. Thank you ScamBook.
