I saw an ad on facebook, for a 30day free trial face cream! i applied for the product, and withing 5days i recieved it! But when i checked my bank account, i found that the company had taken the amount of 180 pounds?? On the web page, i was told i would only have to pay for the shipping, of the amount £4.99 So i was happy, i thought if the product doesn't work, then iv'e lost nothing. When i phone the company, i was told the free trial was only 14 day's dispite it being in big bold writing it was a 30 day trial. But if you go into the terms and conditions, you will see it's 14 days free trial??? contradition in its self. But then i found out that the 14 day trial period starts from the time it leaves the company. But no mention of it in there terms and conditions. Then i question, about the 100% money back, and i was told if i sent the products back, and it could be resold, then i would get nothing, but if it was sold i would only get 20% back. And that's not written in the terms and conditions. I also found out that this company was approaced by consumer show, in Ieland on the 8th of May 2012 and found 2 be a scam. But i'm about to check this out! A warning, please don't give your card details unless you have paypal, or you know it's a reputable company. I have not been offered any cash back what so ever!! And had the phone put down on me three time, because i wanted to speak to a manager. I'm one Angry Customer. I would like some advice. I have reported it to my bank, but because i gave my bank details its not classed as fraud. I'm waiting for Trading Standard to investigate this company
