Was reviewing our bank statement online & noticed a charge for $19.65 from Balanced Media Services on 10/26/13. After some online searching realized its a scam company that somehow accessed my checking/debit acct without my approval! Called the number i found online & my cell# was recognized as an acct holder! wtf?! cancelled it through the automated service since i couldnt get an actual person. (1-888-332-4560). Looked back into my statements & saw another $19.65 charged back in 7/31/13 under Wellness Manager MD! Called this number and its the same company! automated message says that my acct has been cancelled! still no live person although called during operating hours! (1-888-694-0833). Scam artists stealing money!
