My last email to them says it all:

" I refer to the following from your website:

We offer a no question asked refund policy so if you feel for any reason that our iPhone Unlock / Jailbreak solution doesn't work for you, you can request a refund with no questions asked."

After several recent attempts to contact you, it is now obvious that you are not intending to honour your guarantee as claimed. However, you are right about the part with reads "no questions asked."

To remind you, I bought your iphone unlocker software and app package some time ago. After several attempts to help me get it working, you advised me that the Australian carrier I am with, and the phone I have, will not work with your unlocker package. You then said you would refund in full if I gave you the transaction number/s from Paypal, and I did. You obviously know well the Paypal policy on refunds and you have deliberately allowed this to drag past the time that paypal allows for opening up a dispute. I have tried to lodge a dispute case with Paypal and have subsequently been unsuccessful.

This goes beyond not refunding me what I paid. This is a perfidious and low down act on your part. I have been patient, trustful and grateful of your attempts to assist me throughout the entire time and you have let me down. I now wonder how many others you have done the same thing to, and I am gravely concerned about the people you are yet to deceive.

I don't know how it works in the United States, but here in Australia we harbour a deep hatred of such betrayal of customer relations. In fact, we use the word "un-Australian."

I am requesting one last time - please, at least acknowledge my attempts to contact you. I am even prepared to negotiate on the refund.

Just don't let yourselves down.
