I was promised a 5 year ad for my vacation rental with a money back guarantee of the $500 paid if within 1 year I did not receive $500 in bookings through them. I received $0 bookings, even though I was booked through other sites, and sent them dozens of referrals for the over bookings. Only a couple of those found a place. I lost business when a veteran refused to go through their site to get a discount on my rental. Not only did they not refund my money, my ad is gone, as soon as I asked for my refund. The same excuses were given as every other complaint listed, even though I tried numerous times to add more photos, was told I would be highlighted, and given no reports by them for my referrals. I wrote the president of the company, with no response, and have had a lawyer write the company as well, with no response. They are a scam company and if scambook or any other class action wants my information, all is documented. They are of no service to anyone and I wish I had read all the reviews before giving them the little money I have.
