I applied for a loan online, they contacted me and said I was approved. Sarah Banning was very helpful when they wanted "3 months security deposit", didn't hear from her since I send the money via e-transfer. They promised money within 3-6 hours, never didn't get it, costumer service said they are sending me the cheque, it supposed to come on Thursday, Oct.17th., it didn't. I left them multiple messages, send a couple of e mails, didn't get a response. Now their phone doesn't work anymore, and by seeing other complaints, I more and more sure I won't get my money back. The worst part is that my gut was telling me that something stinks there but I needed money so I didn't trust my instinct. Don't give money to get money!!!!!
