The bed has sunken in the middle so much and the company wants to charge us to fix it. The won't listen to our complaints anymore and will only charge us to fix it. They said that even though we complained within the warranty period, the type of damage can only be assessed by paying someone $135.00 to come and look at the problem before they will fix it. We even went in to the store we purchased from. The manage said that only the corporate headquarters will help us. They still insist on charging us to fix their problem.
