Ordered 1 can for $19.99 + s/h (which so happens to be a $20 charge). Offer states FREE 2nd can - just pay additional process/handling. I fell for it. No charge for 2nd can but the s/h is an additional $39.80! So instead of getting 2 cans for $19.99 + a sane s/h charge of $10-15 for a total of $30-35, I wind up with a charge of $79.78! I WAS EXPECTING TO SEE A SCREEN SHOWING THE TOTAL & A "YES, PROCESS ORDER" button like I see on any REPUTABLE online shopping site or merchant site. BUT NO, INSTEAD I FIND OUT THE CHARGES HITTING MY CARD AS THE ORDER IS PROCESSED. This company gives you ZERO chance of backing out of the order. This is a S-C-A-M if I've ever seen a scam. VERY DECEPTIVE PRACTICE & WEBSITE

  • OK, I managed to get my order put ON-HOLD & did a little more research. I called the GetFlexSeal Customer Service and learned what "probably happened" in my order. It seems that GetFlexSeal is ONLY SOLD IN PAIRS. So if you enter a quantity of "1" you are ordering two cans (1 bought, the other "free"). However I do not remember seeing this explained on their website. So when I placed the order thinking I was ordering one can + a can for free - the quantity of "2" turns out to be TWO PAIR (or 4 cans). This is how the order went from 19.99 +s/h to 39.98 +s/h. I later cancelled the order outright mainly because I think it was still too much to pay for an aerosol can of rubber. In the end, IF THE ORDER IS TRULY CANCELLED & MY CREDIT CARD charges are removed, I will update my report as "Less of a Scam & More of a Misunderstanding of the Client's Website". Thanks & stay tuned.
