On Sep 11, 2013, I responded to an on-line survey that offered a free trial of Bellavani anti-aging serum. I ordered the product. I received my credit card statement on Oct 11 with a charge for another order of this product. Today (10/25) I received the product which I had not ordered and was not notified that by accepting the free trial offer, I was committing to receiving another supply every month.
Update: 10/25/2013
After signing up with scambook, I called bellavani. They graciously cancelled the order and I believe my issue is resolved.
