My Mac went dead with a black screen with a cursor and a white line on the right edge of the screen. I thought I was dialing Mac for Apple Care services, but got Techzilla on the line. He said they can fix Macs and PCs. For $249.95, I would get a refund of $50.00. He had me push 2 keys, command and R and we got the utilities up and running. then the computer was running fine. Case #8572413, I called 1-827-610441. I went back to the Mac web site and could not locate Techzilla on the screen. Somehow they had inserted their web site on the Mac Apple Care web site. On Oct 24, the same thing happened--I had a black screen with a cursor with a thin white line on the edge of the right hand side of the screen. The phone number was not working. I called another number 1-866-893-6805. This time I got another person on the line, Dunham. He had me hold 2 keys, the Shift key and the on and off button. the computer responded and was working. This time he said he was mailing me a package that included an antivirus software. He ran a virus check and after 5,000 files, there was no viru! He said he took care of it manually. He asked for my credit card to get a refund of $394.95 and I would pay $19.95 shipping cost. He did not tell me what else was in the package, but he emailed 3 forms which I needed to fill out and mail back Techzilla Antivirus Plus Software at P. O. Box 101420, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33310, the other forms included a Techzilla 1 TB Portable Hard Drive Rebate and Techzilla Flash Drive Rebate. He never told me he was sending a Portable Hard Drive and a Flash Drive! Gullible me, I am charged a total of $659.95 on my Visa Credit Card. In addition, my credit card states I am also charged a Foreign transaction fee. The credit card company phoned me after the first charge since it was a "foreign" company charge. I cannot get my money back since they "fixed" my computer. It is October 25, and I still have not received the $50 rebate promised on the first phone call. I should have checked this web site before calling them up. What can you do about getting me my money back?

Update: 10/25/2013

I refuse to pay any money!
