This company charged my account before the company's required cancellation date which should have been October 21th2013 @10:54 PM.The day before was a Sunday and they were closed early on Saturday and closed on the Sunday so I could not call then.But they charged my account at 1:54AM while I was sleeping!I got a notification form my Master Card via email at 8:30 am.I had intentions of cancelling that am but they had already charged me at 1:54AMwhile I was sleeping.I called them about it and asked for a rfund back to my Master Card.They would not make a full refund.And They said over the phone that charge was for he first bottle.But I said to them Oringinally The first bottle was supposed to be free and then the second I would be charged for.I believe they are scamming people.The product was not working for me and it was supposed to be risk free and allowed to cancel.I should not have been charged for 1th bottle.That is a scam!All I know is thay said they were based in the UK.And then I discovered I was charged a Foreign purchase transaction fee too on my credit card.They did refund half but I still expected full refund for charging me before the due cancellation date.The bottle says it is distributed by:The Shore Break Group,Bahamas.1-877-780-6448 Well I'm "Shore" they are "Break"ing a lot of "Group"s of people.Ha correct name!
