Received a phone call was told courtesy from microsoft windows based on recent problem with updates for windows. Am on no call list repeatedly asked is this a sales call was told absolutely not. Explained I work from home and take inbound phone calls receiving credit cards etc. consequently concerned about allowing access to computer. Was repeatedly told not sales call. They were contacting all windows users and asked if they worked for microsoft states for windows. Supervisor Rodney got on phone went thru same song and dance and he issisted worked for windows not sales call. Went to an assist gaining access to my computer in order to supposedly delete error messages. Then brought up pcspeedy wedsite and said this is the company he worked for freaked out had asked repeatedly immediately disconnected had trouble disconnecting had to shut computer down assist was still manipulating my cursor. Was called back three time on phone and freaked out on them. Big scam. supervisor named Rodney phone 1-800-9350798
