i purchased a coupon with paypal for a massage promotion through kijijideals.ca good for one year expring Oct 28, 2013. The face value ($39CAD) never expires. i tried to print the coupon and got msg kijijideals.ca no longer offers coupons in canada and that we were notified and could get a refund until aug 31, 2013. never got notification and neither kijiji nor paypal will refund me.
