I ordered a supply of Max Garcinia Burn and paid the $2.95 shipping. I decided I didn't want it and was told to send it back with a RMA number written on the outside of the package, which I got from them. I did what they said and put on outside, along with putting inside on a copy of invoice that was sent to me. I sent back and then low and behold they charged my account $85.95 after the date they received my package (9/13/13). I have been calling for a month and a half now for my refund and have not yet received it. First time I called they said it will be 7-10 days for me to recieve my refund. This didn't happen, so I called back and they told me they were refunding my account and I should see it within 24 to 48 hours, this didn't happen, so I called them again, this time being told they couldn't find me on the refund list, which meant they hadn't heard from the warehouse that they received it and they would investigate and get back to me. This was a supervisor that I was talking to, by the way. They of course never called me back, so I once again called them, being told this time they found it and they were issuing a credit and I should see within 30 days, which was because the bank could take up to 30 days to refund. I then called my bank and told them what was going on and they told me they never take that long, as soon as they receive credit it is applied right away. I then gave them 8 business days, from the day they said they were crediting (10/14/13), to have in my account and of course on the 8th day it wasn't there, so I called to see what was going on and tell them my bank doesn't do what they say they do. After this I then talk to a "supervisor" and she (Joni) tells me that I am not on the refund list and I need to talk to the post office and see what has happen to my package and then call them back. Which means they never issued a credit like they said, just a bunch of lies to get you off the phone. So here I am a month and a half later, pissed off more they I have ever been, just wanting my money back. I am now taking to the bank to file fraudulent charges and see if they can help me. Please, please do not use this company. If I lived in Utah, I would go to the company directly, which in all reality probably doesn't exist.
