Beginning on August 25, I received an email from May Chen stating that a company was offering a unique job. At first I was skeptical and just asked for more information.

Our ever growing and expanding company continuously adds new services,from mail forwarding to complete monitoring and managing your postal deliveries online. We regularly introduce new technologies and innovations into our system. Our company strongly believes in the work at home system because it allows us to eliminate warehousing costs and provide shipping points from across the USA.

Your Responsibilities.

This is your opportunity to be one of our work at home employees and work from any location in the United States. First of all, you do NOT need to pay any start-up fees. Your responsibilities will include accepting, processing and forwarding parcels and letters sent to your home address. This includes, printing shipping labels, invoices, and taking photos of the contents of each package. You can expect deliveries from USPS, DHL, UPS, and FedEx to your home address during regular business hours from10:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. Using your online account at our company’s website,you will find a list of incoming shipments, your daily work tasks, and the prepaid shipping labels for forwarding the letters and parcels. The process is simple and easy and being that the shipping labels are prepaid, you will not incur any out of pocket expenses or have the need to fill out any documents or forms. The only tools you will need to supply is a home computer with a printer and a digital camera. You will also need transportation for delivering the letters and parcels to the relevant courier's offices in a timely manner.

For the position of our work at home employee, we require people that can work independently and are able to maintain regular contact with us by phone and email. Compensation for this position is $24,000 annually and will be paid monthly. You also receive a monthly bonus of $500, if the amount of orders exceeds 50 per month. We also reimburse Internet, gas and packing expenses. Being a home based position, with a flexible schedule you are able to work effectively in a stress free environment. But this is NOT a part-time position and you will NOT be able to combine this work with another full-time job, as this IS a full-time responsibility.

Safe and Secure.

Rest at ease, you will be safe and secure while working for us. You will NOT be handling hazardous materials or illegal contraband. Every customer goes through a careful and complete verification process, in fact, the parcels usually contain everyday items such as, electronics, clothing, auto parts or sporting goods. While working for us, you will be inspecting the majority of parcels yourself. We handle only fully paid shipments and we never deal with any customers that cannot be verified as a legitimate business and have a valid reason for using our services. This is all clarified during our phone interviews with the customers and at which time they must send us two types of ID as well as a 1583 form signed by a notary.

At certain times, you will need to communicate with the carriers and guarantee that certain issues are properly dealt with. This is the major reason why you need to properly keep an organized record of all the deliveries coming in.


Two manuals will be attached together with this email and you will need to read them thoroughly. You will be examined for your degree of knowledge regarding these manuals and the results will tell us about your readiness for the job.


After a week or so, the first delivery will arrive to your designated address. By then, you are a bonafide remote employee.


The first salary will be sent one month after the forwarding of the first package. Let me know if you prefer direct deposit. I will need to arrange the necessary forms and send it to you.

Direct Deposit and 2 other contracts

Everything was okay in the beginning, I was to be paid what I was promised which was $2,000 plus a reimbursment amount of $300 which was set for payment on September 30th. Maria made sure to contact me whenever she felt I didn't keep in contact enough and indeed if I had an issue she responded quickly. I mailed a total of 26 packages and actually made the mistake of leaving things of but she assured me that these items were gifts and that they can be forwarded at the end of the month. A week or two before my pay date, the calls stopped messages stopped coming and she wasn't answering her phone like before.
2 weeks had passed and I had been sending messages and calling thinking that everything was still ok I thought that maybe because I forgot the packages that I had been let go or something but on the 14th of October I received one last package to ship. I even waited a day after 2 pm to see if I was going to receive a message from her but to no avail because it was clear that she wasn't going to contact me. I shipped the package came home checked my messages again online and nothing from her. About a few hours later I went to log onto the site and kept receiving a message online say the site didn't exist! Kept trying restarted the computer and all but nothing. So instantly I was calling and looking up the site and all and basically in an instant Shipwiz vanished. Looked up the name from the paper work I was emailed for a number and called it. The number is disconnected... All of that too place the in the beginning of this month and I still haven't been able to get her. Going to file a complaint with the better business bureau as well because my information was given to them and this is not acceptable at all!

  • Everything on your complaint is exactly what happened to me, just with different website, names, phone numbers, with the exception of Gloria Lee and Gloria Koffman(manager). Even my password to get into the tracking packages website was 1357!!
