I placed my expedited order 10/3/2013 and it has yet to ship.
I read a lot of reviews online that they often go out out of stock, so I messaged them within 3 days to ensure my items are in stock.They simply messaged me back saying it should ship within 5-7 business days of the order.
A week later, I am now requesting an update over 10 days after the order was made, the get back to me later saying they are missing several items and should have them within another week.
Another week goes by, we are now up to three weeks of waiting and the order is still processing with no update given!
Poor service!!!
