I started LVN to BSN program for Indiana State University (ISU) but ISU lost contract with Sonoma county college last year. I didn't finish my classes but even I finish those classes, I can’t go to clinical cause ISU can’t run clinical rotation in North California. I am living in North California. I called several time since last year but their answer was always same. They will do their best. Finally I decide to drop off this program and requested refund but they refused. When I started this program, they guaranteed enrolling Indiana State BSN program but now I cannot do this anymore.
