I was a continued, trusted, and valued employee. Working for 7 months. I missed one class, due to an unforseen emergency. Two weeks later, I was fired for missing the one class.
The reasons for my dismissal were not supported, were inaccurate, and completely fictional. The owner, Marcela Riano, claimed that I was somewhere else at the time of my missed class. She claimed that her accusation was supported by a third party (a school principal)m her accusations were false and there has been no proof that a third party fed her eroneous information. I contacted the local public school board superintendant who claimed that Mrs Rianos third party information was incorrect. That there was no proof that the information Mrs. Riano received was true or from the source she claims.
So it appears that she fired me, without just cause, after loyal employment, based on information that she may or may not have even received. I had helped establish new schools for her in the area, had ran fliers and demos for the company, and was teaching three to four classes a week, for six to eight weeks at a time. For this reason I am filing a complaint and pursuing damages that would have totaled my year salary, along with damages for defermation of character, due to be falsly accused, called a liar, and being fired by Marcela via an email.
