Purchased a dress online I purchased a dress online at IziDresses. I ordered according to their measurement chart. When I finally received the dress it was has an unfinished raw hem in the back. The bodice is okay but the lace should have been cut with scallops. I found out yesterday the dress was shipped from China! I immediately began calling the customer service, but the phone ringing. I tried a live chat again and this time I got a message that there isn't anyone available and I could expect to hear back in 24 hours. I have not received an email from customer service or call. I checked with FedEx and the shipping cost along to China was approx $130, I certainly can't afford to spend money to ship it back. Can someone please tell me how to litigate? PG
