I ordered the boots from www.cnsnowboots.com or UGG Boots. They sent the wrong size. No return label was sent so I called and talked to them and they emailed me the return label to Camarillo CA.
I sent the boots back, then they sent the same boots back saying they were not official UGGs so they could not exchange for the correct size. I will be calling them tomorrow.
