On Sept. 18th, I perchased a Kerscher Body kit for a 2004 BMW E60. They took a deposit of $1200 and when the product shipped on about Oct.4th 2013 the remaining $1358 was withdrawn from my credit card. The Body kit was shipped to the BMW body shop in St. Louis, MO. I was contacted when the shipment came in, and was asked to come down and view the box and contents. the next day i viewed the opening of the box, and the rear bumper was very damaged. The items had little to no protection inside the box. I immediately contacted Ahmed at Vivid Racing, and discribed the problem. He asked for pictures and would get back to me. I sent pictures and gave a very good description of the shipment. I was also very disappointed of the quality of the Kerscher product. I discribed to Ahmed the lack of quality and I was going to seek to get a total refund. I would then follow up many times to see what the out come of this claim was going to be. Most of the time I would not recieve a call back. When I was able to contact Ahmed he would discribe that he will follow up with the vendor or that it was under an insurance investigation and that some one would come to the location to examine the package. But again I would wait and wait for a return phone call or some contact. And for the last time, 10/21/13 I contacted Ahmed to see where we were with the items, and once again, no return phone call. I see that Vivid Racing is trying to pass the buck and say its between the product provider or the shiping company. But meanwhile the time goes by and the 15 days to ship the item back is expiring. Yet I was told to leave the items where they are so that the insurance investigator can examine them. Yet weeks after my claim, there has been no report, no follow up, no investigation. Vivid Racing is just draging this out while my vehicle and I sit waiting to get some sort of resolution.
