Utell2011 had taken ach out of my checking account not once, but twice! I noticed on my checking account two charges for $38.99 all within a few weeks in September. I don't know who they are and how they possibly got my checking account info. Two ach out of my account which put my checking account over-drawn and the bank charged me this also! This is fraud as far as I can see and I am disabled with not alot to live on. Now I have no money until my next payday which isn't until 11/03/2011. I don't know how to live on NOTHING! All because of them. They were not authorized and used blank check check numbers to withdraw! I need my money to live! Thank you. Ms Michelle Monteau (Personal information removed) Because of the stressfulness due to this matter, it has thrown me into a Relapse!! PLEASE HELP!
