I ordered Green Coffee bean max in Early June 2013. The product arrived but also in the parcel was a product called Bowtrol. I never ordered this product and would not have after reading reviews. Every few weeks since that time i have continued to receive this Bowtrol product and my Visa debit card has been charged without my permission. I have contacted my bank in New Zealand. They said to contact GSCM by email. I have done this on 2 occasions. They replied that Bowtrol was a separate company altogether. I said they are using my Visa information that had been entrusted to GSCM alone. They said to phone the company that sent Bowtrol to me. The cost of this is very high. GSCM and the company that keeps sending me Bowtrol is at the same address. It would seem this is some sort of scam. I have not been able to get any satisfaction in dealing with GSCM. My Visa debit card has to be canceled to stop them sending me the product. I want them to refund the money they have taken without my permission. I intend to send the 5 bottles of Bowtrol I have been sent back to them. I can't put in details of when this happened as its ongoing but started in June 2013.
