Just wanted to be added to the list so others do not fall into this trap. Was contacted late April, told my computer error messages getting sent to Microsoft would be resolved by them, a subcontractor. They remotely accessed computer and eliminated months worth of error files caused by virus. I was sold a 3-year contract for maintenance and anti-virus software. Seems company no longer exists - phone line dead. But before going out of business, they gave my credit card to another company who charged me again for the same services performed in April insisting they were the ones that performed them. Something dicey with ProNerds/Compfixo relationship???
