I accidentally found my credit card charged for 49.95 USD from Rapidvidz while I was checking my account to pay a bill. Although I can remember that I have entered my credit card number into some webpages, that's because they stated there would be no hidden fee charged to my card, and the information would be used just to verify.. I would never have done this if I had ever seen things like "5 days free trial"! Anyway, I called the company because I even couldn't find my account on their webpage. The connection was so bad that I could barely hear a woman who was speaking English in some accent. As far as I understood, they have cancelled my membership and promised a refund of $49.95. I still cannot sure because my English listening is not enough to understand people on the phone. When I asked sending me an e-mail for confirmation of the cancellation of membership and refund, the woman gave me a cancellation number, and I don't know how to use it. I asked her and the answer was again not understandable for me. Not only this cancellation process is very odd, but also quite annoying! Now, I got a lesson that should never give payment method information in any circumstances
