So I bought a Paysafecard worth 10 euros or roughly 13-14 USD and used their "service" to exchange it into PayPal money. Obviously no money has been sent and I did contact their 'support person' going by the alias Noel Pix about it. Now I'm not going to copy all of our chat here, but I basically told him that I hadn't received anything on my PayPal account, or any email notification to which he replied "in processing" , "you have more paysafecard?"

Like, seriously? That's just ridiculous. I message them about not getting what I paid for and then instead of resolving it they ask if maybe I would like to pay some more. Lol?
Then I just pointed out that their site says it takes 5-15 minutes, up to 6 hours and that it had been 2 days already. He just said "ok" , "ok" and closed the chat. Best customer support 2013
